Elian was reunited with his father at Andrews Air Force Base. Elian has a hearing set for May 8th where he will decide if he wants to stay in the U.S. or go back to Cuba. The U.S. government will not let anyone near Elian at the base. No one has the right to take a child from his parent if the parent is able to provide for it.
